Good morning!
Rumi says, ” If everything around you seems dark, look again. You may be the Light! ”
Buddha has said, ” अप्पो दीप भव “, meaning , ” Be a Light to yourself ”
The present time, when everything around you may seem dark; is the right time to look for your own Light , which can Light up not only your own life, but also the lives of those surrounding you.
And what better way than Meditation to find this Light within you ?
