Good morning!
The Pandemic is still going strong and some time or the other, all of us will have to go out and face the virus. And if we want to stay safe and healthy, we need to boost up our Immunity !
The known factors which improve Immunity and reduce our chances of getting a severe infection are nutritious food, regular exercise, certain practices like strict hygiene, physical distancing etc.
But there are some more factors affecting Immunity Positively, which have not been explored on a mass level. Relaxation techniques, various forms of Meditation can boost up Immunity greatly.
Another factor improving immunity is your level of Happiness! Whenever you are Happy, your resistance to infections is much better.
And a very important way to increase your level of Happiness is to be Grateful. It has been scientifically proved that *when you practise Gratitude, you are Happy*.
