Good morning!
A few days ago, I learnt a wonderful Meditation technique described by Osho in his book “Awareness Inc.”
It takes into consideration the Law of Affirmation. Osho says, “There’s a great law called ‘the law of affirmation’. If you can affirm something deeply, totally, absolutely, it starts becoming real……stop affirming negativities and start affirming positivities.”                                         
The technique of this meditation is very simple. First, identity which negativity takes hold of you often, and before going to sleep, affirm to yourself 20 times the exact opposite positivity. For example, if sadness is your problem, affirm Joy ! If Anger is troubling you, affirm Compassion. For Jealousy, you may affirm Satisfaction and Joy. For Fear, affirm Love. For anxieties and worries, affirm Relaxation.
Affirm to yourself that this positivity is going to happen, it’s already on the way. Repeat this loudly to yourself 20 times and fall asleep.
Repeat the process of affirming the positivity 20 times when you wake up, before opening your eyes.
Do this for 7 days and you will be able to drop your negativity. Next week, you can choose another negative emotion and drop that too. And every week , choose one positivity and Imbibe it.
